Chic boutiques crowd the sidewalks of the Champs Elysées, where French fashionistas make a sport of finding the perfect signature piece. This "Parisian Elegance" necklace from Suzanne Somers lets you get in on the game. You'll look as if you've stepped off a runway, even if you've ventured no further than your driveway. Polished goldtone provides a rich backdrop for prong-set, oval cabochons (approx. 18x13mm), which parade across the front of the necklace and join together to form a triangular bib drop.

Shimmering from the bottom of each cabochon is a round crystal, its translucent sparkle echoing the hue of the opaque stone above it. While bezel-set crystals (approx. 9mm) adorn the bib, smaller, prong-set stones (approx. 6mm) continue along the sides. Polished rolo links extend to the back of the necklace, which fastens with an oversized lobster claw clasp. Other details of this Suzanne Somers simulated gemstone necklace include:

This IS costume jewelry, not fine jewelry. For the price it is well made and very pretty. Those wanting turquoise and blue topaz should look for such a necklace and be prepared to spend hundreds of dollars. I'll take this one, thank you very much. It is a magnificent presence on the neckline, and a luscious blue. Good job Suzanne! Maybe you'll bring us the necklace in a peridot green with sparkly dark green stones?

I have had this item on my wishlist for a very long time. When it finally went on clearance, I eagerly purchased the necklace. I didn't want to believe the reviewers that described this necklace as cheap, but It's TRUE! All I can say is that it is a very light weight piece of plastic costume jewelry. I was expecting a much heavier high end piece of costume jewelry with much more substance to it. I was so disappointed becaus by the way Suzanne and the host described it on TV, this necklace was a work of art with very fine craftmanship. The reality is, made in China, this is the sort of plastic jewelry you might see at a discount store. It was my first and last Suzanne Somers jewelry purchase.

If you are bold and stylish and like that extra glam, then this is for you. The price is expensive, but I live outside of NYC, and you cannot touch anything like this for less. No, its not for the meek. I do think you have to put on lipstick and fluff up your hair, because it is a feel good piece and I feel great wearing it. And thats why I bought it. It dazzles my spirit up!!

Arrived in pieces, a mess in the box, very pretty but sent back. Too distressing to open the box and find it that way. I did not want to chance getting another mess in a box as it was going to be a gift

It looks cheap if you do not know how to wear this piece. If you wear a black outfit and this necklace you'd look wonderful. I've received so many compliment on this necklace that I love it everytime I wear it. I you want something "real" then you have to be willing to pay the price...

At first I thought this is so over the top. However after wearing it out to a dinner during Passover with friends I received many compliaments. It always helps when others say nice things about how you look. So I am keeping this piece for special occations. If my friends think it looks great and my friends have very expensive high end tastes it must be great! Thanks again Suzanne.

ON TV THIS NECKLACE WAS SENSATIONAL. WHEN I GOT IT, THE TURQUOISE LOOKED LIKE PLASTIC. I ALSO ORDERED THE BRACELET, AND WAS OUTRAGED THAT WHEN YOU PUT IT ON, THE STRETCH NYLON STRINGING WOULD SHOW. SENT IT ALL BACK

well i tried out the necklace gals... wore it to scottsdale all the high end boutiques as well as a high end resort to meet my husband for lunch.. don't wear this if you want to get anything done.... cause.... i was stopped all day asking about my beautiful necklace... have to say i wore all black.. a suzanne belt.. marc jacobs bag and shoes.. and honey the necklace stole the show!! i loved all the attention!!!
